H. Bradford Green, M. Arch., OAA, F.R.A.I.C.
Principal-in-Charge
A registered architect with the Ontario Association of Architects, Mr. Green is the president of H. Bradford Green Architect Inc. His formal education includes a diploma in Architectural Technology, a Bachelor of Science (Architecture), and, upon graduation, was offered a Graduate Research Associate position in order to pursue a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. The Masters Degree was conferred in June of 1976.
From January of 1977 to January of 1983, Mr. Green served as Branch Intern Architect for the Thunder Bay office of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. This occupation served to provide Mr. Green with a vast amount of valuable experience in the design and construction of single and multiple family housing units. Through this role he became very familiar with the procedures and coordination required to advance a project through the various levels of governmental and regulatory agencies.
Since entering private practice, Mr. Green has successfully completed projects in all building categories from commercial, institutional, industrial, to residential. For Mr. Green with his 30+ years of architectural experience, coordination is of the utmost importance to the service he provides. It is his intention to collaborate closely with the client as well as with all professional fields associated with a construction project. Through his direct, personal involvement starting at the design inception right through to post project follow-up, where client and architect meet and discuss the success of the overall process, the firm has consistently produced projects On Time and On Budget.

Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator, Mr. Georgeoff is responsible for analyzing client needs, goals, and life and safety requirements pertaining to interior construction and the building envelope during design phases. As projects move on to the construction phase Mr. Georgeoff is responsible for contract administration duties including coordination, site meetings, preparation of proposed changes, change orders, supplemental instructions, shop drawing/product data review and field review.
Duties include: Development of design concepts, preparation of design and presentation drawings;
Preparation and presentation of various reports and studies;
Preparation and coordination of working drawings and specifications;
Selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, & equipment;
Participation in project meetings, project coordination;
Administration duties during and after tender and construction;
Client liaison; Field review.
